The love story of Macy and Jesse is one that weaves across states and countries, through life's chapters, and towards an even brighter future.

Theirs is a beautiful story that all started with Macy hitting Jesse in the back of the head with a dodgeball 10 years ago. An unorthodox start, but the story continues in its most recent chapters with them getting engaged at The Leaf in Winnipeg, buying a house in East Grand Forks, and working together at the Energy and Environmental Research Center (EERC). Along the way they've travelled both coasts of the US and internationally. They went to Oregon for whale watching, Boston for a music festival, and Canada for museums, the amazing zoo, and the spa. They've made it through Jesse's time in the Guard, all the trials of college in different cities, and moving in together in an apartment with a leaking roof and a broken elevator.

Jesse and Macy’s time together has been full of laughter, adventure, thoughtful kindness, and a foundational love that has only been made stronger over time. All this to say the story is just beginning, who knows where the story goes and which way the world turns, but it's certain that they'll see it through together.
