Luke and Macys love story is very unique, they have known each other from the day that they were both born. Macy's parents Brad and Jackie McAdoo were very close with Luke's Grandparents Kenny and Marla Howell as well as Luke's Parents Matt and Deah Surber. Luke and Macy were always around each other in their lives with how their parents and families were alined. Macy lived in the same neighborhood a few houses down the streets from Luke's grandparent Kenny and Marla (or better known as Mema and Pa). Macy would often visit mema and pa because of their love for children and them graciously giving her whatever snack or candy she asked for. Macy and Luke grew up attending each others birthday parties, and would often see each other in the neighborhood. As time went on and Luke and Macy got older they didn't see each other as much and they didn't talk to each other. Until the day of Macy's senior prom (luke's junior year), the two were forced to take a picture together by our families and the rest became history. We talked all night at Prom and became very close. As the days went off after we kept in touch and eventually started to see each other as well as go on a few dates. After a few dates we both agreed that we liked being around each other and Luke asked Macy to be his Girlfriend on May 22, 2019. Macy of course said yes and then the journey was just beginning. Macy then went off to college at OU and was playing softball which demanded a lot of her time, but she always made time for Luke. During that year Luke was in his senior year of high school and Macy was just starting her college career when covid-19 hit and the world shutdown. Macy came home from college and Luke was released fro high school. The two got really close during this time, due to the fact that there was nothing else to do and no where else to go. The year went on and Macy went back for her second year at OU, while Luke just started his first year Wreslting and OSU. While both of them were busy being student athletes they still managed to make time to put each other first and have a priority of love over all. Macy recently Graduated college in the summer of 2023 and is now currently teaching and coaching at Tuttle. Luke graduated college in the summer of 2024 and just recently got accepted into the MBA program at OSU and is getting his masters while he finishes his last season of wrestling. Luke and Macy have shown the true dedication it takes to have a long-distance relationship and how to put each other first in all stages of life.
