Josh and I met on a blind date at the Annual Ring Dance at the Naval Academy. He was one of the roommates of my cousin, Sam Sasser, at the Naval Academy. Sam had called me over spring break while I was studying for a nursing exam one day and asked do you wanna be my roommates date to the Ring Dance? And I just replied sure, why not. BEST DECISION EVER. Had no clue who this man was before this, mind you. We both agree this night was the best night of our lives. We never expected this date would lead us to intertwining our futures together indefinitely. We both looked at one another before the night ended and said I have to see you again. Here we are over 6 years later, living together in 4 different states, and loving each other more every day! I am so excited to finally call this wonderful man my husband.
