FAQs

What time should guests arrive?

Please arrive between 6:00–6:15pm. Per our venue contract, guests are not permitted onsite before 6:00pm. Live music will play on cello and piano while guests find their seats. Our outdoor ceremony will begin promptly at 6:30pm. We can't wait to see you!

Is there parking?

Yes! There is more free parking than we could ever use. Please drive safely! This area of Lawrenceville/Lilburn should have plenty of rideshare access.

What's the dress code?

The dress code is semi-formal. Both longer gowns and mid-length cocktail dresses are acceptable. Suits and jumpsuits of all kinds are welcome. All of our guests are encouraged to dress in clothes that make them feel great and align with their gender expression. This is a queer wedding and you are welcome here!

Should I dress for a theme?

The unofficial theme is "Garden Party". Consider wearing bold summer colors or floral prints. Choose a grey or blue suit over black—it's almost summer after all! This theme is only a suggestion to inspire you. Any nice outfit you choose will be great because we are happy you are here with us!

Am I safe to wear stilettos?

Our venue is indoor-outdoor. It has paved parking, a paved brick pathway from the door to the end of the ceremony aisle. The only mandatory grass-walking is from the paved center aisle to your seat. Cocktail hour and the reception will be on paved brick or wooden floors. Wear whatever shoes you want!

Is Little Gardens wheelchair-accessible?

Yes, there is evenly-paved wheelchair access to the ceremony and the reception areas. Most chairs will be set up on the lawn though, so use caution while walking to your seat if you plan to wear stilettos.

Will there be very loud music?

No! Mad is sensitive to loud noises and flashing lights, so the couple has hired an live band to play instrumental covers of your favorite pop songs.

Is there a reserved hotel block?

No, you are free to book a hotel or Airbnb as you please. For a list of our venue's recommended hotels, check out the Travel page.
