Guests may arrive beginning at 4 pm, the ceremony will start promptly at 4:30. Please leave yourself time to park, get to the ceremony site, and find a seat. We kindly ask that you do not arrive any earlier than 4 pm in respect of the bridal photographs still being taken on property. The venue is down a long road, sometimes it can be bumpy.

The ceremony will likely be at the outdoor ceremony site, in the case of rain it will be moved to the covered outdoor pavilion behind the barn. The wedding will go on rain or shine.

The reception will be inside the barn, although there are 3 large air conditioning units and multiple large fans it is not considered central air.

If your child is not a part of the wedding party, we kindly ask that you enjoy the night without your sweet little ones.

Semi-formal attire, pointy heels not recommended. Please no jeans or t shirts. No white, cream, or ivory dresses for women as the color is reserved for the bride.

Yes, there will be a parking attendant that will be parking vehicles in a field. In the case that someone is unable to walk from the parking to the venue, they may be dropped off at the front.

Cocktail hour will be held outdoors on a concrete patio.

Florida is unpredictable, it will likely be warm around 80 degrees. It is the end of rainy season, although you should prepare in the case that it does rain.
