The bride & groom, along with their wedding party, will be staying at these two hotels which are right next door to each other. The rate being offered includes a free shuttle to & from the hotels to the wedding, so don't worry about trying to figure out transportation! If you are having trouble getting the room block rate booking online, or want to book for a longer stay at our lowered rate, please do not hesitate to reach out to me (Maddy), or contact the hotel directly so they can book you for the lowered rate. Please note that you must click the link above to view the Mena-Evans Wedding room rate; The box below that says "Visit Website" will take you to the hotels main booking page, NOT our room block. Also be aware that this hotel is located about 25 minutes Southwest of Downtown Denver. Please be advised you must book by September 6th, 2018 in order to get room black rate/free shuttle service.
Shuttle Service
A shuttle will be provided from the Courtyard Marriott Denver Southwest/Lakewood to the wedding venue (Mountain View Ranch). The shuttle times are as follows:
TO THE VENUE

FROM THE VENUE
7:30PM
9:15PM
Please be advised that shuttle service is intended for hotel guests at the Courtyard Marriott or Residence Inn. If you are not a guest staying at the hotel, you are not guaranteed a spot on the shuttle. Priority will be given to those who have a room booked at the Courtyard Marriott Denver Southwest/Lakewood, or the Residence Inn Denver Southwest/Lakewood.

Lyft/Uber
Lyft and Uber will be available at your leisure to take you from the Denver Metro area to the wedding venue. If you decide to use Lyft/Uber for transportation, please note that the cell phone service once you are at the venue can be little to none. That said, Lyft and Uber do allow you to schedule rides in advance. Please make sure you reserve a Lyft/Uber in advance for your ride home if this is going to be your means of transportation.
