Does she need any introduction? Abigayle and I were the OG Ramey girls and what a LIFE we had! We survived sharing a bedroom, sharing a bathroom, and sharing ALL of our toys. The Lord knew that my parents needed polar opposite sisters to really keep the Ramey house interesting! Could not have a better sister to be in my corner through life, and could not have a better sister to stand by my side as my Maid of Honor!

I did some math, and Courtney and I met 18 years ago at Bailey Station Elementary School. 18 years ago we also introduced our mothers to one another (you are welcome Stacey and Kim). When I tell you that The Lord had to have hand picked a perfect friend for me, that is how perfect Courtney and I's relationship has been through the years. My Matron of Honor is a testament to how faithful the Lord has been to me through friendships.

AKA, my mini-me. Sadie Elisabeth was the best surprise The Lord gave the Ramey house 13 years ago! When my mom was pregnant with Sadie we would do all the milestone math because it would make us realize how funny this age gap was about to be. One of those milestones was "If Madalyn got married at 28, Sadie will be 13!". That seemed so far away, but the day is almost here and having her be apart of my day in such a big way makes my heart so happy. I moved out of the house when Sadie was 4 years old, but that never impacted our sisterhood or friendship. It may be unique and look a little different, but The Lord protected our relationship even being 3 states away.

It all started in Magnolia Hall in 2015, we were little baby freshman just trying to learn all about Starkville, MS. I knocked on her and her sister's door with the offer to go check out the best store in Stark, "Dirt Cheap". Not sure of a more iconic way to start a friendship! Wesley is the most intentional friend, she never meets a stranger and The Lord knew what He was doing putting her in my life!

The story of our friendship ACTUALLY started when France "accidentally" friended my on Facebook before school started. The Lord's plans were made evident when on move in day she noticed the girl she accidentally followed on insta was just down the hall! Our paths officially crossed when she got the same invite to "Dirt Cheap", and I am so glad I chose their door to randomly knock on. France has been the best cheerleader in my life, she is encouraging beyond belief, and she is genuinely proud of the accomplishments of her friends. I am so incredibly lucky to have her stand by me on my wedding day!!

I prayed a very specific prayer as I embarked on my move to Charlotte. If the Lord really wanted me here, He had to give me a friend. Little did I know that that friend would be a Jesus loving, soon to be Olympian in a sport that I thought was made up. Kelee is the sweetest soul, she is the greatest encourager, and she has also put up with Jonathan's sass since becoming my roommate! Kelee made Charlotte feel like home, and I am so happy that she is going to stand by me when Jonathan and I do the dang thing!

I guess you can say Mary is a product of "buying my friends" in college, but I like to believe that even without Pi Beta Phi, we would have found one another roaming the halls of McCool (the business school). Mary has the drive and work ethic to succeed at everything and anything she does which encourages me to be just like her! We live on other sides of the country now, but I am blessed by our quick and not so quick catch up calls. She is a problem solver at heart, and she gives such encouragement with whatever I come to her with. Blessed Pi Phi brought us together, but even more blessed that our friendship got stronger even after school.

After meeting Julie when she came to Charlotte, I called my mom telling her "I could be her friend if I met her in the wild and not through Jonathan". My mom has two sister-in-laws, and they have acted as BEST FRIENDS since I could remember, so I had high expectations on sister-in-law relationships. Julie and Natalie BOTH have welcomed me into the Bryan Clan with open arms, and I just cannot thank the Lord more for both of them.

The first time I met Natalie it was during Easter weekend when I came into town, and I knew from the start we were going to be the BEST of friends. She has is the BEST chit chatter, and is the best person to run wedding ideas by. She has trained her girls to dish it back to Jonathan when he is being sassy, which is just the icing on the cake! The Lord has been so faithful giving me two more sisters walk this life with!

Anna Cate and I have quite an age gap, but for cousins, we were the closest. AC was attached to my hip growing up, she then received all of my hand-me-downs every holiday when she came to Memphis, and now she acts as one of my dearest friends. Anna Cate has a servants heart and the way she serves her friends and family makes me want to be like her. Her love for Jesus is contagious, and growing up we would chit chat all day long about what we think Heaven would be like one day. I am blessed beyond measure to have AC as one of 'Something Blues'!

I moved to Memphis in 2nd Grade, and Eliza was one of the first and fastest friends I made. Eliza had the older sister who would dress us up in makeup and teach us dances (Lord knows where those home videos are), and she was always just the coolest. We would plan our lives via SIMS games, and would utilize the Halle Plantation Pool every chance we got! Eliza makes everyone she meets feel like they are the most special person in her life, and I am blessed to have had her as a friend for like 20 ish years (OMG).

Freshman year Macon and I met, and we always circled around Mississippi State in similar friend groups. When I had my very first reaction to gluten (RIP), I drove myself to the Tupelo ER, and I checked who was somewhat close to me on Find My Friends. Macon happened to be back home in Tupelo that weekend, and I learned how loyal of a friend Macon. She came and sat in the ER with me while we waited for my parents. From that moment, I hoped I could be as good a friend as Macon was to me. We became even closer post college, and even closer now that she is also an East Coast Girlie! Macon has taken the front seat on Jonathan and I's relationship (she was even there when I first started chatting with him on the dating app), and I'm so excited to have her watch us get married in the front seat!!!

Throwback to 2nd Grade at Bellevue Baptist, some event hosted by Mr. Eric's Sunday School Class, that is where Reagan and I became forever friends. Plenty of memories were made in Bellevue Middle and High School Youth Group, but the best memories came from our time at Mississippi State! Reagan is the calming spirit that every friend group needs. She does so much for the people that she loves, and I am so blessed to have had her in my life all these years (through my transition glasses phase and all). I couldn't imagine getting married without her in the front row seat!

Taylor and I were destined to become friends because our mothers were friends, but it was when I moved back to Memphis that we really clicked! Taylor is the friend who I do not have to chit chat with everyday, but in one phone call we can be caught up quick! She is the best stop home when I am there, and the best cheerleader through life. To know Taylor is a joy but to call her your friend makes you feel like the luckiest person! I am so happy and blessed to have her in my life!
