Yes, there is complimentary guest parking. Although we do recommend carpooling to prevent overcrowding. The venue does not recommend overnight parking. If you plan to partake in the bar services, we recommend using a rideshare service.

Yes. We will have a shuttle service offering pickup and drop off. The shuttle will be running to and from Aloft Downtown Hotel and our venue (Ariel Pearl Center.) The shuttle will be picking guests up from Aloft Hotel starting at 3:30PM with the last drop-off being right before the ceremony starts at 5:00PM. The shuttle will pick guests up from Ariel Pearl Center beginning at 9:30PM and drop them off at Aloft Hotel. The reception is scheduled to end by 11:00PM.

Yes! A portion of the WXYZ Bar (located in Aloft Hotel) will be set aside starting at 8:00pm. Please come and hang out with us.

Upon arrival, coats can be hung near the entrance. The ceremony will last about 30 minutes, followed by cocktail hour. Dinner will be served family style. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions.
