Our ceremony will be held outdoors. Our reception will be indoors in the event barn with plenty of A/C.

We ask that everyone dress in cocktail attire. Think dress pants, button down, a tie or more; dresses, etc. The groom asks you to refrain from wearing a wedding dress to avoid confusing him though. Please keep in mind that our ceremony will be outdoors, and in late July we are aware that it will be very warm! Our reception is indoors with plenty of A/C, but definitely plan accordingly.

We kindly ask that you leave your little ones home for this event. We love your littles, and are hoping that you take the opportunity to enjoy yourselves with a kid-free night out!

Our ceremony begins promptly at 4:30 p.m. at The Knoll on Mountain Top Resort's property. We recommend planning to arrive with plenty of time to find a seat and relax!

There is plenty of parking on-site available. If you are staying on the property or at the Fox Creek Inn, a shuttle is available to pick you up from your room/house and drop you off at the end of the night.

For guests staying on-site at Mountain Top Resort, there will be a shuttle service on-site that will bring you from your room/cabin to the ceremony site. Additionally, guests staying at Fox Creek Inn in Chittenden may also access shuttle services. Guests staying in nearby lodging such as the Best Western or AirBnbs will be responsible for getting to and from the event.

Yes! We have a few rooms on-site at Mountain Top that we were able to block at a discounted rate. We recommend booking a room at Mountain Top for your convenience. Please feel free to call and reserve a room in our block by using our names. We also have a block at the Best Western Inn and Suites in Rutland, VT for a discounted rate if you are not able to reserve a room on-site. We recommend calling to reserve your lodging as soon as possible to ensure you are able to get a room!

Invitations will specify whether you are given a plus one!

We have some great photographers coming in for the ceremony and other special parts of the night. Please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony so that you can share that special moment with us. We'll send out a link to enjoy all of our photos after we get them back! However, we would absolutely love if you took photos of all of us having fun at the reception. The more the merrier! Please feel free to tag us on all the social media places so we can see them!

We will provide vegetarian options for both our hors d'oeuvres and main dishes. However, if you have additional dietary concerns or allergies, please feel free to contact us so that we can make arrangements for you!
