Carmel Country Club: Wedding Ceremony & Reception Venue
Carmel Country Club was founded in 1947 and is a symbol of tradition in Charlotte, a place where the whole family loves to be, and everyone feels more at home. Mason's parents, Councill Sr. and Lisa Leak were married here!
General Details & Information
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Because the ceremony begins promptly at 5:00pm, we recommend you aim to arrive by 4:30pm to ensure you are able to comfortably arrive on time.
How do I RSVP?
To RSVP, please visit the "RSVP" page on our website and fill out the online form. Please RSVP at your earliest convenience and no later than August 1st, 2025. We look forward to celebrating with you!
Can we bring our kiddos?
While we would love to have all of our friends & family members on our guest list, we respectfully ask that our ceremony and reception are an adult only affaire.
Is there a dress code for the wedding?
We encourage guests to wear elegant and formal attire, with black tie attire optional for our special day.
Where can I park upon arrival?
Parking is available on a first come, first served basis in the Main Lot (at the entry of the Clubhouse) and Golf Lot (on the right hand side of the Clubhouse near the Golf Shop.)
Is this an indoor or outdoor event?
Both the ceremony and reception will be located indoors. There is a balcony available for use during the cocktail hour and reception. We would suggest bringing a light coat or shawl should the weather call for chillier temperatures.
