Guests are welcomed to stay wherever they please! We want everyone to enjoy Sarasota & stay where they feel most comfortable. Downtown Sarasota has several hotel options within excellent location to water views, as well as night life and restaurants.

We will provide trolleys to all wedding guests at the Hyatt Regency-Sarasota. Trolleys will also take guests back to the Hyatt Regency-Sarasota once the wedding concludes. Additionally, Home2 Suites right next to the Crosley provides transportation. Guests who are unable to utilize the provided transportation are encouraged to use a ride share service. Guests who are not consuming alcohol are more than welcomed to park at the Powell Crosley Estate.

Our wedding and reception is an adults-only event with the exception of children in our immediate family for the ceremony. Our outdoor reception at the Powell Crosley Estate is located directly on Sarasota Bay making it not safe for our precious little ones!

Unless specifically indicated on your RSVP, we are unable to accommodate additional plus ones at our wedding. When you type your name in to RSVP, you will see if you have a plus one. We appreciate your understanding!

The dress code is formal cocktail. Suits and dresses, both short and long, are welcomed. Please feel free to bring sunglasses for the ceremony and to remove your jacket at any time it gets a little too warm!

If you cannot attend, we will miss you, and would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Kindly RSVP by April 1, 2024. We all send final headcounts to vendors shortly after this deadline; so PLEASE RSVP on time!
