Our Wedding

Maddie and Eric's love story begins like any other - on a dating app during the pandemic! Maddie actually "liked" Eric's profile first, and after a few weather delays (thanks Hurricane season), they had their first date at La Grange in Midtown in September of 2020. Maddie talked 90% of the time (later to find out Eric was just too nervous to speak... can you believe it??), but it went well enough to go on a second date shortly after. Their third date was really where Eric got to thrive since it was a College Football Saturday - and Maddie even got the chance to meet Ollie (and almost be knocked over by him - iykyk). Their love for Chick-fil-A, the SEC, dogs, and Dr. Pepper continued to bring them closer together. They "officially" began dating on November 3rd, 2020 (or November 10th depending on who you ask) and after months of date nights, many weddings, and surviving a 12 hour road-trip, Eric popped the question on February 18th, 2022. "We are so thankful for each one of our friends and family who have guided us to the most exciting time in our lives. We would not be who we are individually or together without the love and support from each of you, and we feel blessed to be surrounded by the most incredible people. Thank you for choosing to celebrate us and we cannot wait to spend our first moments as husband and wife with all of you! #LoveTheLethanders"
