Yes, we have booked a shuttle between our venue and Running Aces Casino and Hotel. There will be only 1 shuttle from the hotel to the venue prior to the ceremony. Shuttle will begin loading at 3pm and depart from Running Aces Casino at 3:15pm in order to give plenty of time for transit & unloading prior to ceremony at 4:00pm. The shuttle company has a firm maximum capacity which we accounted for per your original RSVP. We ask that if you originally intended to drive yourself that you maintain that plan. If you happen to miss the shuttle, it is a ~15min drive between the venue and hotel and there is ample parking available on site. There will be a shuttle going back to the hotel in hourly intervals starting at 7:30pm following first dance. Last shuttle will depart at 10:30 from the venue back to the hotel.

Knee length dresses, pantsuit, dressy skirt with blouse, button down shirt, trousers etc. Ultimately, we want everyone to feel comfortable. If you wish to dress more formally than Cocktail, go for it! We just ask that guests please avoid wearing jeans, shorts, short-sleeved shirts, and the color white as much as possible.

Our venue requires the party to end at 10pm and venue clean / empty by 10:30pm

Yes, we plan to continue visiting with guests & gambling a bit on the casino floor of Running Aces Casino and Hotel after the last shuttle is unpacked assuming we still have energy to burn ;)
