The dress code for our wedding is cocktail/semi-formal. For the ladies, cocktail dresses or jumpsuits with low heels would be appropriate. Please refrain from any color resembling white or ivory. For the men, a sports coat with a nice button-up shirt, slacks, and dress shoes. Nice jeans and cowboy hats are also acceptable for men 🤠

Please arrive about 15 minutes before the ceremony time, which is at 4:30pm.

The ceremony will take place in an open-air, covered chapel! Cocktail hour will be about 100 feet from the chapel under the covered patio, and the reception will be inside.

We have a hotel block at the La Quinta in Fredericksburg. If you choose to not stay at a hotel, there are many AirBnBs around Fredericksburg! Please see the travel page for more details.

The venue has a lighted parking lot for 150+ cars. You are allowed to leave your vehicle overnight if need be, but it must be picked up by 9am the next day.

Please RSVP by May 8th. If you are unable to RSVP by this date, we unfortunately will not be able to accommodate you.

Unfortunately, due to space limitations, we are unable to accommodate all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Therefore, we regretfully ask our guests to please not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself! For those of you that will be bringing your children, please be sure to watch them closely.

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silence. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like, and don't forget to share them with us!
