We have set up a group block at this hotel. While the block is set up for 3 nights, you only need to stay at the hotel 1 night to receive the block rate.

A note from the hotel:

To facilitate your reservation, please note the following guidelines that will assist you in streamlining your reservation within the group block.

- Group will cut-off at midnight on 05/12/24. To obtain guaranteed availability and the group rate, please make your reservation prior to 12:01AM on 05/12/24.

- You must call the hotel directly at 303-526-2000 and ask for “Reservations”. Please tell reservations that you wish to make a reservation for the Thompson-Blair group.

- Please note that check-in time is 3:00 pm. It is difficult for the hotel to accommodate early check-ins so please plan accordingly. An early check-in fee may apply if check-in is needed prior to 3:00 p.m. Please consider arriving the day before if necessary for your planning.

- The hotel requires a valid credit card to guarantee your reservation. Your credit card will be preauthorized for one- night room and tax 3-7 days prior to the date of your arrival. If there is a problem processing your card, the hotel will attempt to contact you by phone and/or email, allowing you 24-48 hours to contact us with a valid credit card. If we do not hear from you by the specified deadline, your reservation will be cancelled as “non-guaranteed” and may be reinstated based solely on availability.

- If you are unable to keep your reservation, or if you have a change of arrival or departure date, you must contact the hotel to cancel at least 7-day prior to your arrival date to avoid a late cancellation penalty of one night room/tax.
