To book your flight, simply choose your preferred airport (We like Logan- it’s a great option if you’re from the Boston area) You will need to make arrangements to your selected resort.

If you’re familiar with the Disney bus system, feel free to take advantage of their complimentary transportation. If you’re not then you can easily order an Uber or Lyft to the Wedding Pavilion at the Grand Floridian Resort. If you choose to rent a car for your stay, there is free parking available at the Grand Floridian.

Please mail back the RSVP card that came with your invitation!!

The wedding will be indoors and the celebration will be outdoors. (weather permitting!)

If your invite says “& guest” or lists your child’s name, then yes, they are more than welcome to join us!

There will be a slider bar station, a pasta station, & desserts! Juice, water, coffee and tea!

They will be serving juice, coffee, tea & water at the event. Please note that there will not be a bar, and alcohol cannot be purchased or brought into the venue. Thank you for your understanding!

The ceremony will start at 5pm! Doors will open at 4:30.

The celebration is expected to conclude around 9pm!

Dress code is Semi-formal. For men, suit jacket optional, but not necessary. For women, suggested to bring a sweater for the evening.

In Orlando the weather can vary and of course we can’t predict what it will be, but typically in February it is in the 70’s.

Please arrive to Hollywood Studios between 7:30 and 7:45PM. After passing through security you’ll find someone waiting with our group until 8:00PM. They will then escort everyone to the Fantasmic Amphitheater for a dessert party and viewing of the show. No park ticket is required.
