There are plenty of accommodation options near Sundance Lodge. We recommend staying at Seashells Yallingup, Caves House Hotel, Chandlers Yallingup or Smiths Beach Resort. The bus will be picking guests up from these locations for the start of the ceremony and dropping guests home at the end of the night. The bus will be stopping in Dunsborough town as well, for those that have Airbnbs or private rentals nearby.

The dress code is Cocktail Attire. Our reception will be under a marquee, however it can be cool in Yallingup so we recommend bringing a jacket or something to keep you warm (but don't worry, the dance floor should warm you up too!) Ladies, we recommend a formal cocktail dress and block heels (no stilettos) as the majority of the day will be on grass. Gents, we recommend dress pants, a button up shirt and a linen/suit jacket (no need to wear a tie).

Your presence on our wedding day is the best gift we could ask for. However, if you would like to contribute to our married life, we will have a wishing well available. Thank you in advance!

We are having a Recovery Lunch from 1:30pm on Saturday 25 October 2025 at Eagle Bay Brewing Co. We love would to see you for one last celebration before we head into married life! Please RSVP and let us know if you can make it.

We have a professional photographer for the entirety of our wedding, so we kindly request that during the ceremony, you put your phones and cameras away please! However, please feel free to take as many photos as you like after the ceremony and into the evening!

Sundance Lodge has a strict no smoking or vaping policy so please adhere to this.
