Kyle and Maddy first met in American History class in the Fall 2016 semester at UCF. We sat next to each other every day that semester and became quick friends. As time went on we grew closer and started spending more time together and in February 2017 we began officially dating. We spent the next 6 years growing together, traveling, becoming dog parents and truly becoming each other's best friend. In June 2023, Kyle asked Maddy to marry him at her family's cabin in Minnesota surrounded by Maddy's family.
