Please no phones during the ceremony as we hired multiple professional photographers and videographers to capture all of the special moments!

We will have a room block at the Sheraton in McKinney, TX! We also will have a shuttle traveling our friends and family back and forth between the hotel and venue.

Please do not bring any plus ones unless they are stated on the invitation. We are maxed out at the venue and cannot accommodate to anymore guests. If there is any confusion, please contact us directly.

If stated on the invitation then you are more than welcome to bring your kids! We also get that this could be a fun night out without them...no worries either way just let us know on the RSVP!

We would LOVE to see our family and friends dressed up for our big day. The dress code is SEMI-FORMAL so please no jeans, casual wear, or sneakers. Ladies, please refrain from wearing white or any shade close to white in respect to the bride. Please no jeans, shorts, casual wear, or white outfits.

Yes! Our venue is handicap accessible for those needing any assistance.

For our family and friends who are traveling out of town: There are 2 airports....DFW and Love field and both are about a 45/60 minute drive to the venue.

Please arrive 30-45 minutes early to our 5 pm ceremony time. If you are usually a late arrival please plan accordingly. If you arrive after the ceremony has started we will kindly ask you to wait for cocktail hour. Doors will lock promptly at 5 pm.

Our ceremony and reception will be indoors. Cocktail hour will be outdoors as well as a bar, basketball, mini golf, corn hole, and other games.

PSA: For all the ladies, it is recommended bringing comfy shoes for the reception so that you can dance comfortably.

Our venue does not allow cars to stay overnight. If you do drive and realize you absolutely cannot drive home - please, ride the shuttle or find a ride and pick up your car in the early morning of the 6th. To accommodate this, we will have a shuttle taking our guests from the Sheraton in Mckinney to the venue. If you plan on drinking, please be responsible and get home safely.

The shuttle will pickup at 3:30 pm on July 5th to take everyone that wishes to the venue. Please be at the SHERATON MCKINNEY at 3:30 pm to catch the shuttle. The shuttle will then be taking everyone back to the hotel at 11:00 pm. The shuttle is not mandatory - please plan accordingly if you plan on drinking.
