The ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting). The reception will be held inside Rollins Mansion.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm. we recommend arriving no later than 3:45 to allow time to park, enter the venue and be seated. late entry will not be permitted.

We’d love to see our family and friends dress up with us! Dress code is formal attire; black tie is optional. Guests are welcome to wear suit and ties, tuxes, formal gowns, elegant cocktail attire or dressy jumpsuits.

Parking at Rollins Mansion is limited; we recommend carpooling when possible. Please allow extra time to find a spot.

We kindly request you enjoy this special moment with us and keep cell phones and cameras in your purse or pocket during the ceremony. We’ve hired a professional photography team to capture every detail, and we’ll share the photos once they’re ready! After the ceremony, please feel free to take photos and share them with us—we’d love to see your captures!

If your invitation includes “and Guest,” that indicates a plus-one has been allotted for you. We’re unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those named on the invitation.

Due to limited capacity, children are invited only if they are specifically named on your invitation. The ceremony will be child-free—children under 12 should be with immediate family or the provided babysitters so adults can fully enjoy the service. We love all the little ones and hope they can join us for the reception!

If we don’t receive your RSVP by the deadline, it will be marked as “not attending.” We’ll miss celebrating with you, but we must provide a final guest count to the venue and vendors on schedule. Thank you for understanding.

Yes! We’ll provide at least one complimentary drink per guest. After we reach that limit, the bar will switch to a cash bar.
