Sam and I first met at Jiu Jitsu in 2018. He had just moved back to Chippewa Falls from college. We began as friends, then after a friend's get-together in 2019, Sam asked me to get lunch sometime, clearly having to work up the courage to do so. I excitedly said yes and in October of 2019 we made it official. Early into 2020, we spent practically all of our time together- exploring, cooking good food, and enjoying each other's company. We have travelled many places together including the North Shore of Minnesota, the mountains of Colorado, eastern Wisconin, among countless other trips to meet new people and train Jiu Jitsu. We already have a wealth of memories made by each other's sides. We have been through graduations, new jobs, company ownership, living together, raising our dog son, training, succeeding, and cheering each other on the entire time. Now flash forward to 2023, Sam proposed to me in one of my favorite places I have loved since I was growing up. On the foot of the falls at Gooseberry Falls State Park in northern Minnesota, Sam asked me to be his wife! We are so excited to celebrate the love we have for one another and can't wait to share that love and celebrate with YOU!
