It was summer 2022. We chatted online and decided to meet for coffee the next morning at a local spot. I wore my favorite sun dress and brought my knitting. Michael was impressed with my skills. I was captivated by his sparkly blue eyes. There was an instant connection. We talked for hours and decided to continue the date with brunch and a movie. (We shared a Diet Coke during the movie and I got butterflies knowing our lips were on the same straw!) We spent the whole day together, and had many more fun, romantic dates that summer. In September after only dating for 3 months, Michael and I sat in a tiny chapel in Bloomington, Indiana, and in the peaceful quiet of that sacred space we discussed our future marriage and family. We both knew we had found The One. Two years later in September 2024, Michael took me back to that chapel and proposed to me in the same peaceful space with tears in our eyes and sunlight beaming through the stained glass windows. Our fate is love!! And we're so excited to celebrate our love with you all this Summer!
