Where to Stay
We've reserved a room block at the Hampton Inn &Suites Detroit/Chesterfield Township. If you'd like to stay with everyone and take advantage of our group rate, you can book your room here:

The room block is available for both Friday and Saturday night, but guests are welcome to book either one or both nights.

Please book your room by July 17, 2026 to receive the discounted group rate. After that date, any remaining rooms in the block will be released and availability cannot be guaranteed.

Transportation
On-site parking is available at both the venue and the hotel. Guests staying at the Hampton Inn &Suites Detroit/Chesterfield Township can take advantage of the shuttle to and from the celebration. Rideshare and carpooling are also encouraged.
