When Jonathan and Kevin ended up in a random car of college kids headed to Sonic on the first event of freshman year, they immediately found the brother they never had. Installing a home theater system inside their tiny dorm room, it became THE room for movie/game nights. As Kevin produced the Saturday Night Live style show at the university, Jonathan was the heartthrob lead singer of the house band. Always encouraging one another in using their creative gifts, Kevin pursued film in LA and Jonathan pursued music in Nashville - touring with a chart-topping band and releasing his first single on Spotify/Apple Music/Amazon Music in 2022. In 2024, Jonathan asked Kevin to be his best man and now, returning the honor, Kevin asked Jonathan to be his in 2025.

Kevin's freshman year of college, he and Abdiel found themselves members of a traveling drama company. Performing improv, short sketches, and a full play each weekend throughout the country, the two shared a nothing-off-limits sense of humor that continues today (they claim to have discovered every Helen Keller joke in existence). Abdiel climbed the corporate ladder in global purchasing for Volkswagen, moving to Mexico before returning to VW's U.S. Headquarters in Chattanooga, allowing him and Kevin to live near each other - where he hosts legendary brunches that can last all day.

During COVID lockdowns, Chad and Kevin met over Zoom while building a health app for movie sets. Chad graciously opened his Beverly Hills home to Kevin for several months, where the two became friends for life. Sharing a love for production and entrepreneurial creativity, Kevin was entering production management life as Chad was transitioning from running a studio to Web3 and fintech. Crossing paths at this pivotal moment, Chad couldn't have entered Kevin's life at a better time. As life returned to a new normal, the two continued their frienship over FaceTime, phone calls, and the occasional cross-country meetup.

Cousin to the groom, Jonathan set the bar high for Kevin to follow in the family. With a Masters from Cornell and a PhD from Michigan, Jonathan went on to write revolutionary algorithms in healthcare operations at Mayo Clinic, IU Health, and others. Although the two went in very different directions - Kevin in entertainment and Jonathan in academia - Jonathan inspired Kevin to make a purposeful impact in life in whichever direction he took. Through ups and downs, the two cousins have been there for each other unconditionally; encouraging, supporting, and sharpening one another.

When Justin moved to Ohio in middle school, he and Kevin became instant best friends. To this day, Kevin only remembers three phone numbers from childhood - home, Dad's office, and Justin's house. Outsiders might think them an unlikely match, as they're quite opposite in many ways; yet the two have formed a lifetime bond that can't be broken. Justin has been Kevin's most trusted confidant - a Swiss bank of confessions, contemplations, and conversations. And while you could probably count on one hand the number of times Justin has worn a suit, he loves Kevin enough to not show up to the wedding in shorts. For Justin...that's a TRUE sign of brotherly love.

Born at the same hospital, Matt and Kevin have photos together that outdate their memories. Participating in puppetry competitions in the midwest as kids, making music videos in high school, and producing short comedy films in college, the two are currently working on a TV show slated to air next year. Their personal and professional trust in each other has extended in adulthood to bringing organizations together in partnerships to pave the way for future generations, only making their friendship grow stronger with each decade of making memories - many of which are on camera, and some of which probably should be pulled from YouTube by now.

Although Ryan and Kevin attended college together - where Ryan briefly did marketing for Kevin's comedy show (creating the best t-shirt design of all 10 seasons) - their friendship really took off post-college when the two decided to start a news company together. Running the site for three years, Ryan and Kevin's shared passion for truth, awareness, and fostering open and honest discussions made them much more than just business partners, it forged a brotherhood that would carry each through success and loss. In some of their most vulnerable moments - whether in Tennessee or Florida - they'd show up at each other's door.

From the moment Madeline was born, Katie couldn't wait to be one of the first to hold her. She was so excited to become a big sister—and Madi couldn’t have asked for a better one. Katie has always gone out of her way to make Madeline feel included and deeply loved. It didn’t matter if she was heading out with her friends—she’d simply say, “Okay, Madi’s coming with us.” That’s just who Katie is. Her love has always been unconditional, steady, and full of warmth. Madeline wouldn’t be the person she is today without her.

Madi’s little sister, Elly, always knows how to make her smile. Whether she’s coming up with quirky new names for things or sharing her latest pun, she has a special way of spreading joy wherever she goes. Elly is always up for an adventure—even if it means getting a little lost in the woods along the way. Her curiosity and eagerness to learn new things are truly inspiring. Madi is endlessly grateful to have a little sister like Elly. The two of them can often be found singing at the top of their lungs in the car, making memories that will last a lifetime.

When Madi was just three years old, her mom started attending a new church. There was one little girl who kept following Madi around—and at the time, it drove her crazy! But year after year, Sydney continued to show up, and the two built a sisterly bond that couldn’t be broken. So many of Madi’s favorite childhood memories were made with Sydney and her family—weekends spent boating, horseback riding, and playing airsoft. No matter how much time passes or how far apart they are, they can always pick up right where they left off, like no time has passed at all.

When Madi started at a new school in the fourth grade, she was worried about making new friends. But that very first week, Jada and Madi became instant besties. Maybe it was because it was a small school, but they just clicked. If one of them was ever picked on, the other was always there to stand up and have their back. With all of life's changes, Jada's friendship has been one that Madi has never questioned.

When Kevin's friend Jonathan mentioned he had met a girl at one of his concerts, Madi was instantly a little hesitant about Gina. But the more time she spent with her, the more she realized that Gina is truly one of the kindest and most genuine people she’s ever known. Gina loves her people deeply and pours her heart into everything she does—including caring for her dog, Kevin. Yes, her dog is also named Kevin… and the other Kevin absolutely loves it.
