Please RSVP no later than Monday, September 29th of 2025.
Are there rooms available at Bear Creek?
Yes! There are rooms blocked for guests to stay overnight, if they wish to do so. Please note, that guests have until September 26th to reserve a room. If there are any difficulties booking a room online, please call Bear Creek at 1-866-754-2822 ext. 205.

Is there parking available?
There is free parking at Bear Creek for guests, so shuttling will not be required to attend the event.
Does Bear Creek accommodate food allergies?
Yes, Bear Creek will accommodate for food allergies. Please mention those allergies when you RSVP.
What is the dress code?
The dress code is cocktail/formal.
We suggest a suit in any color or a cocktail dress. A midi or knee length dress or dressy separates are also welcome.
