Our Wedding

The way we met was a little unconventional - we matched on Tinder back in September of 2016. Both of us were looking for something different, something serious, something real (which is really hard to find on a dating app). Shortly after matching, Jesse surprised me with an interesting request - he wanted to talk on the phone. Can you believe that? That's almost unheard of nowadays! Yet we connected almost immediately, as we talked for about 3 hours and the conversation flowed easily. Our relationship began to blossom. I knew it was serious as we got closer to my college graduation date. I was frantically applying for jobs and searching for apartments anywhere I could, but I had a sinking feeling that I would have to return back to Indiana. After an earnest conversation about our future, Jesse told me that he didn't want a long-distance relationship and neither did I. So he asked me to move in with him. I was a little stunned, as we had only been dating for about eight months. I surprised myself and said yes. The rest was history.

A best friend, a great friend,  a loyal friend, and lover of all dogs. But mainly Maddy's long lost sister who was lost to her family at birth. Just kidding, but if you know these two, then you know their friendship is no joke!

One of Jesse's closest friends since high school. A true ride or die friend, he is always there for both the shenanigans and the key life moments.

Matthew (Matt)

A close friend of Jesse's since high school. She is kind, smart, fun-loving, and not afraid of having a new adventure!

Alison (Ali)

Jesse's fraternal twin brother. They may be twins, but you may not be able to tell. These two are polar opposites in every respect of the word, yet they complete each other perfectly. 

Joshua (Josh)

Maddy and Danielle met during freshman year of college, when they were both in the URI Ram Marching Band. They both were marine biology majors, took a sailing class together, and were sisters in Tau Beta Sigma. Danielle is one the sweetest and most genuine people you will meet. Also... NOOT NOOT. If you know, you know.

Jesse met Dave when they worked at the same car dealership several years ago. Dave is a true blue friend and his hobbies include disc golf, bowling, playing bass, and being the chillest person you know.

David (Dave)

Jesse and Charlie met when they both worked at the same car dealership several years ago. Charlie is always down to hang out with the boys and partake in a crazy night. But Charlie is also a down to earth gentleman who likes the quiet life. These two will always find a project to work on together, because there is no such thing as "idle hands" when you are a mechanic.

Joel has easily been Jesse's friend for the longest, as they have been close since elementary school. Joel is the kind of guy who you can talk to every few years but it will feel like you just talked yesterday. He is easy-going, loves music, plays basketball, and plays a mean saxophone.

The hotel room block reserved for our wedding has officially closed. Although you can no longer receive the group rate, you are still able to book a room there (subject to availability). This hotel is located directly across the street from the venue, so we would recommend booking sooner rather than later. If you need special accommodations, please call the hotel directly.
