Q + A

How do I RVSP?

Please select the "RSVP" tab on our website to formally RSVP by June 7, 2025.

What if I do not RVSP on time?

If you do not RSVP by June 7, 2025, we will assume you are not able to celebrate with us and you will be missed.

May I bring a date/plus one?

Unfortunately, due to limited venue space, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your RSVP page.

What is the dress code?

We would love to see you get dressed up with us. The dress code for all wedding events is semi-formal or cocktail. Please avoid jeans, sneakers, and of course, white.

Where is the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception?

The entire wedding day and its events will be held at The Landing at Estes Park.

What is the best way to get from the airport to Estes Park?

You may choose to rent a car from a rental car company of your choice. Rental cars can be picked up and returned at the Denver airport. Another option is the airport shuttle that runs from the airport to Estes Park and back. Reservations for this shuttle can be made here: https://www.estesparkshuttle.com/DIA-airport-shuttle. There may be limited ubers, lyfts, and taxis in Estes Park, so keep this in mind when planning transportation.

When should I book a hotel or other place to stay?

Summer is peak tourist season in Estes Park. Because of this, we recommend booking accommodations as soon as possible. There are many different hotel, motel, Airbnb, Vrbo, and camping options in and around Estes Park. See the 'Travel' tab for information on staying at The Landing and our room block.

How is the weather in Estes Park?

In the summer, the temperature in Estes Park is usually in the 70s and 80s during the day and 50s at night. However, weather in the mountains may change abruptly, so be prepared for both cooler and warmer temperatures as well as rain. If you venture down to the front range area, temperatures are commonly much warmer.

What if I want to visit Rocky Mountain National Park?

Rocky Mountain National Park is one of our favorite places in the world and we encourage everyone to visit! Due to the high tourist season between May and October, a timed entry permit is required to enter the park between the hours of 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. A timed entry plus reservation is required if you want to venture onto Bear Lake Road, a very popular area. In addition, an entry fee is also required. For planning and other information on the national park visit: https://www.nps.gov/romo/planyourvisit/index.htm
