When should I RSVP?

Please RSVP before May 10th

FYI- Beach access can be tricky to find in some areas since much of the coastline is private property. It can be somewhat limited unless you're staying at a resort. If you want access to a private white sand beach, we recommend staying at a resort such as Playa Largo or Baker's Cay. You may not have much luck finding beach access if you stay at an Airbnb or Vrbo.

What is the best way to travel there?

If you're flying from Memphis or Nashville, we recommend booking your flight through Allegiant Airlines to Fort Lauderdale or Miami. It's a direct flight that lasts under 2 hours. From there you will either need to Uber or take a rental car to your destination. The drive from the airport to Key Largo should take around 1.5-2 hours. Miami Airport is a little closer to Key Largo than Fort Lauderdale.

How long should I book my stay?

The wedding is Tuesday 6/10. Guests should arrive on or before Monday 6/09. We recommend checking out Thursday 6/12 (or after), so you can recover after the wedding!

Are children allowed?

The wedding ceremony will be for adults only. However, children are welcome to attend the reception!

How do we find the wedding venue?

The address is 98990 Overseas Hwy, Key Largo, FL. To find the correct entrance, look for a light blue concrete fence and enter the main driveway. Directly across the street you will see a Royal Furniture store. Upon entering, find the sign that says "Hidden Beach" and follow the path.

What is the dresscode?

The dresscode is Beach Chic Attire! We want all our guests to feel comfortable, but also look classy and chic. You want to show up looking stylish without sacrificing the laid back beach vibes. Think breezy and beachy! FOR THE LADIES: Mini, midi, or maxi dresses. Flowy dresses, dressy top with a flowy skirt, light and thin fabrics, everyday jewelry (examples: gold hoops, chain necklace, rings). Heels, wedges, mules, or strappy sandals. FOR THE GUYS: Long sleeve or short sleeve button down shirt, tailored shorts, chinos, khakis, polo, light fabrics (such as linen), lightweight sport coat/blazer (optional), loafers, minimal accessories (simple watch or leather bracelet) Color palette: Neutrals, pastels, bright colors, florals, shades of blue, and coastal inspired prints (such as palms or stripes) OFF LIMITS: Jeans, flip flops, T-shirts, athletic wear, ball caps, swimsuits/swim trunks (feel free to change into it later though..) If you look up "Beach Chic Attire" on Google or Pinterest it will give you good examples!

What time will the ceremony begin?

The ceremony starts at 6 pm, but the bar will be open at 5:30! Feel free to grab a drink as you get settled in.

What should I expect the weather to feel like?

In June, high temperatures in the Keys range from 85-89 degrees and low temperatures range from 74-78 degrees. Expect it to be hot during the day and more breezy at night. The Keys also have a drier climate than the Florida mainlands. The water should be warm and this will be a great time to plan water activities!

What is the sand like?

The sand on the venue property is very packed down. It's perfect for driving, parking a car, walking, and dancing. Girls should be able to wear heels no problem since it feels about the same as walking on concrete and it isn't fluffly or lumpy. You're also welcome to remove your shoes during the reception since the sand on the venue property is clean. Some resorts in the area have man made beaches with fluffy sand, but majority of the sand you'll see in the Keys will be a little pebbly and more compact.
