You’ll find a range of accommodations near Mountain Top Resort, including Airbnbs, Vrbo rentals, and hotels. Discounted rooms and suites are available at the Best Western Inn & Suites Rutland-Killington, just a 10-minute drive from the resort. These discounted rooms are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and can be reserved for one or two nights using our discount code (found under the "Travel" tab or by mentioning our name). Complimentary transportation between the Best Western and the resort will be provided on Saturday. Feel free to explore other lodging options that best fit your needs and group size.

A shuttle service will transport guests staying at the Best Western Inn & Suites Rutland-Killington to and from Mountain Top Resort. The shuttle will pick up guests from the Best Western at 3:45 PM and transport them to the ceremony, which will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. While the reception runs until 11 PM, the shuttle will begin return trips to the Best Western at 9 PM and operate hourly until 2:00 AM. Alternatively, guests may choose to park directly at Mountain Top Resort if they prefer

The ceremony will start at 4:30 PM, but if you're driving, we recommend arriving 20 minutes early.

The ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting. The cocktail hour will take place on the main lodge's back patio, and the reception will be inside the barn.

We decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. They are more than welcome to stay at the resort if you wish to have them there. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us and enjoy a night off!

Guests who have a plus one will have it noted on their invitation.

Bridesmaids will be in Dusty Rose. We ask that you stay away from wearing Dusty Rose, White and Blue.

The welcome party will be at Mountain Top Resort's beach pavilion at 7:00pm. There will be a camp fire and smores. Drinks will be available for purchase. Please note, you must park at the top of the hill and either walk down or there will be a shuttle available.

Please feel free to wear your regular attire! Its a campfire next to the lake, so try to dress on the warmer side (weather depending)
