Yes! Buses will arrive at 3pm, and will depart the hotel by 3:15pm sharp. At the end of the night, buses will return at 10pm to bring guests back to the hotel. We reccomend calling the hotel the morning of to request early check-in for your room, as regular check-in is at 4pm. If unable, the hotel will hold your luggage securly by the lobby and you can check in when we return for the evening!

We plan to keep the party going at our hotel lobby (Hilton Garden Inn, Rockaway)! Late night food will be provided, with a cash bar.

4pm! If you are driving to Rock Island yourself, the venue offers valet parking. We reccomend arriving 10-15 minutes early.
