We first met on Tinder in September of 2016. Thanks internet! After messaging back and forth we decided to go on a date the very next day. We went to the end of the Bridger’s and watched the sun set while sitting on the tailgate of his truck. We were 20 years old and fell head over heels in love.

Over the last 5 years, 6 by the time we get married, we have grown as individuals and as a couple. We have matured into adults, and we have hit some major milestones together. We bought a house and got Petunia. Cole graduated from his apprenticeship program as a journeyman sheet metal worker and Madeline graduated from college with degrees in both accounting and finance. We bought our camper and enjoy our camping trips and vacation adventures in it. We are building a life we love.

Recently, we went to Alaska for our 5 year dating anniversary where we got engaged. There was this gorgeous pull off on the Denali highway where the river rounds the bend and there is a beautiful exposed mountain face. I jumped out excitedly to take some photos and when I turned around he proposed.

We are looking forward to starting this new chapter together as “Official” husband and wife.
