Andrew and I met studying at John Carroll in his fraternity's study lounge in the fall of 2017. He was a senior and I was a sophomore, but we're still shocked our paths hadn't crossed until that night. He was studying for a human biology course he had to take for the core curriculum, and I was studying for a huge genetics exam the following day (s/o to our friend Ryan for basically helping us meet). We started dating in the spring and had so much fun together during his last semester at Carroll. That year we went to his brother's wedding in Sandusky, spent Thanksgiving together in Naples, spent Christmas in both Norwalk and Steubenville, and New Years with my sister in Wheeling, WV. Andrew had started his first job at PwC downtown Cleveland in 2018, and I finished up college and graduated in 2020. Right after my graduation we moved into our first apartment together, brought home our sweet puppy, I started working at Cleveland Clinic, and eventually we found out in January 2021 that we were making our next move to Florida! We packed up a U-Haul in May 2021 and made the move to Bradenton for me to start medical school and Andrew to start a new job in Tampa. Life has thrown us a lot of moves and new adventures over the past four years, but we've loved every part of it. We spent so much of our first summer in southwest Florida checking out the beaches and finding cool spots in Sarasota, so when Andrew proposed at Sarasota Bay Park it was just perfect!
