When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by May 17th! We can't wait to see you.

What is the address of the venue?

Please head to The Haven at Tomales, located at 900 Cerini Road, Tomales, CA 94971. All is wheelchair accessible.

Are kids allowed?

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so that you can celebrate with us!

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

We are asking that guests do not use phones during our wedding ceremony! Please feel free to take photos before and afterwards, though!

Transportation & Accommodations

How do I get to and from the wedding venue?

Shuttles will be picking up in the Bank of America parking lot directly across from Hotel Petaluma. There is a public parking lot around the corner on Keller Street. The shuttle pick up location is directly downtown, so feel free to utilize the additional public parking available in the area. Shuttles will be returning to Hotel Petaluma. PICK UP TIMES: There will be two shuttles departing from Hotel Petaluma at 3:30 for a 3:35 departure, in order to arrive at the venue around 4. Be ready to get loaded up! DEPARTURE TIMES: 8:15, 8:45, & 10PM. The last shuttle departure will be split into two -- one will go to Mario & John's for the after party, and one will head back to the hotel.

Is there parking at the venue?

Please reach out to Madeline or Paul if you feel that you cannot take the shuttle. Parking at the venue will be assigned individually, as it is limited.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

We have a hotel room block at Hotel Petaluma. Please visit the "Travel" tab on our website for the direct link to the hotel block. You can also reference Madeline Panacci & Paul Seghesio wedding block if calling directly. Additionally, there are many other choices for hotels: Hampton Inn, Sheraton, Metro Hotel, and Hyatt to name a few!

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm. If you do not plan to take the shuttle, please arrive no later than 3:30pm to the venue at 900 Cerini Road.

Attire

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Cocktail attire! The wedding ceremony will be outdoors on the lawn of the terraced so please keep that in mind for footwear & layers. Ladies! The ceremony is on grass, and while it shouldn't be wet/soggy, I would still recommend a chunky heel.

What is the weather like in the area?

The weather will definitely be coastal! It could be a lovely, sunny day, or it could be overcast; either way, we recommend definitely bringing layers, as it will cool down in the evening.

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

It's unlikely you'll have more dietary restrictions than Madeline, but if you do, please text Madeline or Paul.
