If you have any questions or would like to know more, please feel free to contact Madeline at maddiepierpont77@gmail.com or Duncan at mcallister.duncan@gmail.com
What time should we arrive?
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm, so we kindly suggest that you arrive 20-30 minutes early to give you time to find parking and find your seat!
When do I RSVP by?
Please RSVP by July 6th, 2025.
What happens if I don't RSVP in time?
If we do not get an RSVP back by the instructed date, it will be marked as "No." We will miss your company, however, we have to provide a total guest count to the venue and caterer in a timely manner. We thank you for understanding!
What if I can't make it?
You will certainly be missed! If you cannot attend, please RSVP as "Decline." If you have RSVP'd attending, but later find that you can no longer make it, please notify us!
Can I bring a guest/date?
We unfortunately are not able to accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "(Your name) & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
We are having an unplugged ceremony, which means that once the ceremony begins, all phones must be put away and silenced. We want all of our guests to be fully present with us while our photographer is able to capture the best photos which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you'd like and don't forget to share them with us!
Is there a dress code?
Yes! The attire for our wedding is dressy casual. The ceremony and reception will be held outside unless inclement weather, so be sure to dress appropriately and comfortably for the temperature. We would love to see our guests in fall-inspired dark colors! Please avoid ANY shades of whites, creams, or ivories, and any very light shades of pastels.
The wedding parties will be wearing sage green, so please also try to avoid that color :)
Are there accommodations or room blocks available for traveling guests?
We thank you so much for traveling to celebrate with us! Due to our limited guest list, we want to ensure that our guests have the flexibility to arrange their own accommodations that will be most comfortable for them. For that reason, we have decided not to enter a room block contract with a hotel. To help make your search a bit easier, please visit our travel page to view a list of nearby hotels! Airbnb is also a great option.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! We have paid for an open bar, however, the venue has a limit on consumption. If this limit is exceeded, it will turn into a cash bar, so plan accordingly!
If needed, you may leave your vehicle at the venue overnight. All vehicles must be picked up by 11am the next day.
It is also against venue policy to bring outside alcohol onto the grounds, so please refrain from doing so!
Do you have a registry?
We do not have a gift registry, as the presence of our friends and family is the best gift we could ask for! However, if you do wish to give a gift, we would greatly appreciate a contribution to our honeymoon fund.
This can be done virtually via the registry tab on our wedding website, or cards can be left in our card box at our wedding welcome table!
