Dress code is formal attire. We ask that gentlemen wear suits with ties or tuxedos. For ladies, we suggest a midi or long dress, or formal jumpsuit.

Hotel Blocks

The Hermitage Hotel is where our wedding reception will take place. We have secured a discounted room rate for $469 per night. The discounted room rate will be for Friday/Saturday night. If you are needing rooms outside of these dates, please let our planner know (Grey@houseofgreyevents.com)- so we can make sure you receive the discount. In order to receive the group discounted rate, please make your reservation by March 11th 2026. We have reserved a block of rooms at The Hampton Inn Downtown at a discounted rate of $229 per night. In order to receive the group rate, please make your reservation by March 11th 2026. Nashville's Broadway Street 

Nashville's Broadway is a vibrant and iconic street that perfectly captures the essence of Music City. Known for its lively bars and country music, it's a must-visit destination for anyone exploring Nashville. Broadway is home to unique shops, boutiques, and a variety of restaurants. Be sure to visit Nashville's Fifth &amp; Broadway, or head down to Lower Broadway, often referred to as "Honky Tonk Highway." This area is famous for its honky-tonk bars where live country music plays from morning until late at night. Legendary venues like Tootsie's Orchid Lounge, Robert's Western World, and The Stage offer a mix of classic and contemporary country music, creating an electric atmosphere.

Explore 12 South 

12 South in Nashville, TN, is a vibrant and trendy neighborhood known for its eclectic mix of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. This half-mile stretch along 12th Avenue South is one of the city's most walkable areas, featuring everything from vintage clothing stores and unique boutiques to gourmet restaurants and cozy cafes. The neighborhood is also home to iconic murals, including the famous "I Believe in Nashville" mural, making it a great place for photo opportunities. Transportation Schedule  

We will be providing transportation to and from the hotels where we have wedding blocks to our ceremony and reception. We will also have shuttles at the end of the evening to take guests back to their hotels. Transportation will be departing from each hotel at 6pm to head to the church for the ceremony.
