Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors, nestled under beautiful redwood trees. Since it's a morning wedding in October, the weather should be crisp and comfortable—perfect for enjoying nature. We recommend dressing in layers just in case it's a bit cool early on, and wearing shoes that are comfortable for walking on natural ground.

Please plan to be seated by 9:45 AM, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 10:00 AM. We kindly ask that you arrive no earlier than 9:30 AM to allow for final preparations. Early arrivals may limit our ability to complete important pre-ceremony moments—like photos—without interruption. Thank you for understanding!

We’re having an unplugged ceremony, so we kindly ask that you keep phones and cameras tucked away during this special moment. We’ve hired a professional photographer to capture everything, and we promise to share those photos with you! We’d absolutely love to see the day from your perspective too—so feel free to take photos and videos during the reception and afterward.

We’ve planned a buffet with a variety of options, so there should be something for everyone! Please feel free to choose whatever works best for your dietary needs. If you have a severe allergy or specific concern, feel free to let us know ahead of time.

We will have champagne available for mimosas, with beer and wine after the ceremony.

There is on-site parking. Directions will be provided when you enter the venue, only a few miles down Hwy 9 from Downtown Saratoga.
