We have arranged one shuttle bus to take Virgin Hotel guests from the Virgin Hotel to Riverwood Mansion. The shuttle bus will leave from the front of the hotel promptly at 4pm. Please make arrangements to be on time to ensure you don’t miss the bus!

At the end of the evening, a single shuttle will leave Riverwood Mansion to return to the Virgin Hotel at the following times:
8:00 pm
9:40 pm


Shuttle space is limited. Please let us know through the RSVP if you plan to utilize the shuttle.


Riverwood Mansion has guest parking available, accessible through gates located on Upland Drive (use this address to locate gates: 1966 Upland Drive, Nashville, TN, 37216); however, cars cannot be left on the property overnight. There is nearby street parking for anyone who would like to drive to the event and Uber/Lyft home at the end of the night.

Nashville International Airport (BNA) is the closest airport. Uber/Lyft or rental cars are available to get to/from BNA

The Virgin Hotel offers valet-only parking. The daytime valet parking rates range from $20-$55 and overnight parking ranges from $55-$65.
