For your convenience, a block of rooms has been reserved at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Madison. When booking, please call the hotel and let them know you need a room for the Carver-Fuller wedding in order to receive a discounted rate. This hotel is approximately 15 minutes from the venue, with shuttle services provided. Reservations need to be made by 4/22/2025 to receive the discount.

Shuttle services will start at 3:20 PM, with a second trip scheduled for 3:50 PM to ensure all guests arrive at the venue on time. For departures, there will be an early pickup at 10:30 PM followed by two shuttles at 11:00 PM and two more at 11:30 PM. One final shuttle will be available after 11:30 PM to return remaining guests to the hotel.
