Both the ceremony and reception will be at the same location, Clubhouse at Baywood Greens in Millsboro, DE. The ceremony, both rain or shine, will take place outside either in the back on the water or out front under the pavilion in the case of inclement weather. The cocktail hour will take place on the covered balcony. The reception will take place in the upstairs ballroom that will be air conditioned.

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Our ceremony start time is 5pm. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to our ceremony to park and find your seat. As the weather will likely be hot, if you get there early you can relax inside the clubhouse to cool down before heading outside.

We would love to see our friends and family dress up! Please dress in semi-formal attire for our big day! This includes mid/floor length dresses or pantsuits for women, and suits or shirt and tie for men. Please refrain from wearing white, beige or cream colors as well as jeans. Please take into consideration the temperature in July and dress accordingly so you can be as comfortable as possible. Just a friendly reminder that the ceremony will be outside, and the reception will be in a ballroom with AC.

Although we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding adults-only (18+) with the exception of the children that are in our bridal party. We hope you understand and enjoy your night off! If you would like to attend the wedding, but are having difficulty coordinating child care with the travel demand, please reach out to us so we can help you with child care plans as best as possible!

There is ample free parking to the right side of the building. You can leave your cars there over night and do not have to pick them up by any specific time! We want everyone to be safe going home and use our transportation or other options, if possible!

Yes! If you are staying at our recommended hotel or in the general Rehoboth area and can meet the bus at the Atlantic Sands hotel, we will have transportation arriving at 3:45pm and departing the hotel at 4pm. You will arrive to the venue 20-30 minutes before the ceremony begins. We will have busses coming at the end of the reception at 10:30pm after our send off. These busses will drop off at the Atlantic Sands Hotel for guests to turn in or to walk downtown to the after party!

We ask that everyone RSVP by 6/1/25. If you do not RSVP by that date, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love to celebrate with you, however we are required to provide the exact guest count to our vendors to ensure they have ample time and preparation so they cannot accept late RSVP's.
