Our Story

Madelyn and Chris literally started from day one.

Madelyn grew up on the West Side of Evansville, and Chris grew up in Henderson, KY. Chris was born on Nov 26th, and shortly after, Madelyn was born on Nov 27th. They were both born at St. Mary's Hospital in 1998, and Madelyn claims she heard one of the newborns say, "I will see you in 25 years," and the rest is history.

All jokes aside, Madelyn and Chris met while working at Enterprise in 2022. They started hanging out with coworkers, and eventually, Chris asked Madelyn on a date.

Their first date was at Bubba's, and they began dating shortly after. From there, they made the most of their time together, and their favorite places they have traveled include anywhere from Gatlinburg, Tennessee, to the beaches, all the way to the Big Apple, New York City. They also enjoy hiking with their party poodle, Finley!

They are so excited for their big day with all of their favorite people!

Can I bring my children?

Though we do love children we are keeping this wedding ceremony and reception child free outside the Flower girls and Ring Bearer. We encourage you to use this evening as a “night out” for yourself!

Where should I stay for the wedding weekend?

We thank you wholeheartedly for traveling to celebrate with us! please visit our "Where to Stay" tab to see places to stay in the area.

Can I leave my car at the venue overnight?

We want all of our guests to be safe! If you need to leave your car overnight, feel free to do so. Just remember to pick it up by 10 AM the following day. Thank you for being a part of our special day!
