We suggest arriving a bit earlier to allow time for parking, finding your seat, and soaking in the atmosphere. Our hotel block is completely full and the hotel is sold out. There are a variety of other hotels in the St. Cloud area, however keep in mind the shuttle will not take you there.

Yes! We encourage you to take advantage of the shuttle taking guests to and from the Hilton Garden Inn and our venue. Please refer to the Shuttle Schedule page on this website for the detailed bus schedule. Please note, that our venue does also have free parking and allows cars to be left overnight and picked up Saturday morning by 9:00 AM.

All invited guests will be listed on your formal invitation. Due to limited venue space, we can only accommodate our closest family and friends. We thank you for understanding.

Yes! Come ready to eat and party! We will be providing dinner & drinks will be available to you at the bar. But It is a CASH bar for hard alcohol. There is an ATM onsite at our venue

We would love to see our family & friends get dressed up for our big day! We ask that guests please wear cocktail attire. For men, this usually means a suit, sport coat, or dress shirt with dress pants, ties are optional. For women, cocktail attire often includes a cocktail dress, a dressy skirt and top, or a stylish jumpsuit. We'd love for you to dress up with us, but we're not overly strict about our dress code, no need to overthink it!

We have an incredible versatile venue that allows for us to move around as we please. The ceremony will be outdoors, the cocktail will be a mix of indoor and outdoor, and the dance will be a mix of indoor and outdoor with wall-like garage doors that open up to the bar and dance area
