From the twin cities, our venue is an hour and 32 minute drive. If you are traveling from our hometowns of Osceola and New Richmond, WI the drive will be closer to an hour and 40 minutes.

If you are staying off site, guests will be asked to depart by 11:45 to ensure all are off the property by the designated end time (12am). Our hotel options are about a 32 minute drive off property.

Although there is no required dress code, we encourage our guests to wear cocktail attire.

Yes, there is a parking lot right across from the reception area - just a short 2 minutes walk to the ceremony area. There are 72 parking spaces for guests who will not stay on property through the night. We suggest carpooling if possible to best accommodate our guest amount.

Our wedding ceremony will be held outside. Bench seating is provided and it will be in the open weather area. Our reception will be held under the pavilion - which is also open air. There are drop down walls with windows if we have unexpected weather. Heaters and fans will also be available pending unwanted/ cool weather.

There will be a short gap between the ceremony and dinner/reception. During this time will be a cocktail hour where guests can enjoy each others company and drinks from the bar staff. There are yard games and a fire-pit on site. Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the same venue - so no need for transportation between these times.

We kindly ask you to tuck your phones away during our ceremony. It is such a special time, we want all of our guests present. We have an amazing photographer that will be capturing all of our special moments throughout the day. Please feel free to take pictures of the space, guests, and the couple but we ask you not to share any photos of the bride and groom until they have a chance to share their special day via social media first!
