Although our relationship officially began on July 2nd, 2019, our friendship started, much earlier. Our love story began on the sidelines of our high school PE class. We found joy in each other's company, chatting for hours as our friendship grew stronger each day. What started as casual conversations soon grew into a deep bond that neither of us could imagine living without.

After David graduated high school, our friendship didn't waver despite the distance. We managed to steal every moment possible – before work, between classes, and late into the night – cherishing every second we could spend together. When Madelynn's graduation approached, with plans to attend university in Arizona, she invited David to join her on this new adventure.

Our time in Arizona was nothing short of magical. Every day felt like a perpetual sleepover with your best friend – playing Uno, binge-watching movies, and going on spontaneous dates to explore our new surroundings. We adopted two amazing kittens, Boba and Blueberry. We forged memories and learned new skills and lessons that would last a lifetime, building a foundation of love and companionship that grew deeper with each passing day.

When we eventually moved back home, we reconnected with family and revisited cherished places like Spooner's Cove and The Bluffs in MDO. It was at The Bluffs that David found the perfect moment to propose. This solidified the already positive lifetime that we plan on having together.

Our story is a testament to the power of friendship, resilience, and the unwavering belief in each other's dreams. David and Madelynn continue to navigate life's adventures hand in hand, knowing that our love story began with a chance meeting on the sidelines and blossomed into a lifelong journey of love and happiness.
