What is the weather like in the area?
Florida weather in November can vary. Historically, the temperature can range from the low 60s to low-mid 80s.
Will your wedding ceremony and reception take place at multiple locations?
No, guests will not need to travel to multiple locations. Our ceremony and reception will occur at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Hotel.
Is there parking available at your venue?
Free parking is available in the venue's "event parking lot," with a shuttle running to and from the hotel lobby from 3:15 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. and again from 9:45 p.m. to 10:45 p.m. Paid self-parking and valet parking will also be available. Please note that there is a significant walk from the free event parking lot to the hotel lobby. Therefore, please arrive with enough time to park and use the shuttle services.
Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Both our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors under covered pavilions. Our reception will take place indoors.
What is the dress code for your wedding?
Semi-formal attire. We suggest that men wear a suit in any color and women wear long, midi or knee-length cocktail dress.
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Due to limited space at our venue, we will not be able to accommodate plus ones. Therefore, we regretfully ask our guests to please not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!
What type of food will be served at your wedding?
We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a choice of entree. Please indicate your entree preferences along with your RSVP.
Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 4828 Veracity Pt. Unit 202 Sanford, FL 32771. A wedding card box will be at our reception.
What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:15pm, please arrive with adequate time to park, navigate your way to the ceremony site, and find a seat.
Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
We ask guests to please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony so that our photographer can capture the moment without any obstructions. However, please feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like during cocktail hour and our reception!
