When should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP by June 11th on our wedding website!
Is the ceremony and reception at the same location?
Yes! Both the ceremony and the reception will take place at Avenue in Sarver.
What's the dress code for your wedding?
Our dress code is cocktail attire. We ask that you wear a suit and tie. Alternatively, an evening gown or a midi- or knee-length cocktail dress would be appropriate.
Are there any colors or styles you'd prefer me to wear?
Kindly choose wedding attire in any kind of pastel or light colors.
Can I have a plus one?
We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.
Am I allowed to bring my children?
We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate guests under age 10 on our wedding day.
What should I do if I can no longer come after RSVPing yes?
Please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can update our vendors!
What if I want to edit my RSVP?
Your RSVP can be reopened and edited by you, as long as it's before the RSVP due date!
What type of food will be served at your wedding?
We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a choice of entree. There choice between steak bites and cod, and a side of vegetables. Everything that will be served will be gluten free.
Is this a plated dinner or buffet?
Buffet-styled dinner. We will be serving a buffet-styled dinner during the reception with plenty of food for everyone, so come ready to eat!
Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?
We plan on having the entire wedding be gluten and peanut free, as well as having dairy free options. If you have additional restrictions that go beyond what we've listed here, please let us know in the designated section of your digital RSVP. We want you to feel comfortable and be well fed!
Will alcohol be served?
Yes, we will have an open bar! We would very much appreciate if everyone could adhere to our venues policy against bringing your own drinks, as we will be providing our own on site!
Can we ship gifts to you?
Yes! Our wedding registry on Amazon includes the address you can ship any gifts to. Amazon is the only website we are registered on, so we thank you for trying to do your gifting through Amazon.
Are there hotel blocks?
Yes! All the information about the hotel can be found under the travel section of our website.
Is there transportation to and from the venue?
We will have busses traveling to and from the venue from the hotel before the ceremony and before the reception, as well as the last three hours of the reception.
How long will the ceremony be?
The ceremony should take around 30 minutes, followed by a cocktail hour/recess before the reception. Please plan accordingly to avoid interruptions.
Where should I park?
The venue is equipped with sufficient onsite parking, so there is no need to park anywhere else.
Do you prefer cash or gifts?
We prefer to get items off of our registry first, but cash is also great! If you are getting us a gift, please make sure you get it off the registry as to not have any duplicated gifts.
