We met in the summer of 2014 at band camp. We weren't on each other's radar quite yet. Fast forward a couple months and Ben had fallen hard. Madie wasn't convinced just yet. It took some persistence on Ben's behalf as we stayed friends until 2017.

We dated for a year and then went our separate ways for a little while. Ben remembered their relationship fondly always secretly hoping and praying they would get back together.

Madie on the other hand swore she would never date Ben again.

Fall of 2021, Madie and Ben ended up in the same Christian group on campus at YSU. Ben was secretly thrilled and Madie wondering how Ben always managed to come back around. Soon after, Madie started to warm up to the thought of Ben. It only took one coffee date at Peaberry's cafe to this would be a forever kind of thing.

March of 2022 they officially started dating for the second time. June of 2024 Ben made it official with a proposal at Magic Kingdom, the place Madie always dreamed of being proposed to.
