Not everyone can say they married their best friend and actually mean it, but Madisen and Alexandra have been best friends since junior high. While initially meeting in the fifth grade, Madisen and Alexandra became close and grew up together. Before dating, they shared many memories together, including group vacations to Madisen's family cabin in Whitefish MT, Costa Rica, Vancouver, and Seattle.

Once they turned 25 and had their frontal lobes fully developed, they realized they had feelings for each other. Some people go through a quarter life crisis, some people realize they are gay. Due to the latter, Madisen and Alexandra will be tying the knot this summer!

Although the two did not officially start dating until 2020, they had some interesting social media posts throughout their friendship. Often referring to each other as the 'love of their life', 'prettiest girl in the world' to even faking an engagement announcement for fun '#2bridesnogroom', it seems as if this relationship was always written in the stars.

As a couple, Madisen and Alexandra have been able to grow with each other as they navigate the complexities of being a lesbian couple in a world that can be cruel and unkind. However, the love they have for each other is built on 15 years of friendship and can withstand the ups and downs of life, including the stress of trying to obtain Eras tour tickets.

A few of their favorite memories include; attempting and failing at camping in the pouring rain, vacations in California, playing recreational softball in the summer time (and being 2x champions!!), Alexandra proposing to Madisen at Cannon beach, OR., seeing Taylor Swift in Las Vegas, Madisen proposing to Alexandra in Mexico, seeing Taylor Swift in Toronto, getting matching tattoos, adopting a new family member (Moon), and having many mountain adventures with their dog, Leia.

Growing up with your childhood best friend is one thing, and marrying them is another. But falling in love with someone who already knows your heart inside and out—that’s magic. That’s forever.
