The ceremony will strictly start at 4:30pm. We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior so you can find a parking spot and a seat without interrupting.

The ceremony will be held in the field. You will be sitting on straw bales, so dress accordingly. The reception will be at the same location under the tent. Keep in mind, this is a hayfield, so please watch for uneven ground/holes. There will be UTV's around if you need help getting to and from your vehicle.

If it rains prior to the wedding, the ground may be soft and muddy. We will make a call the evening before the wedding in case we need to relocate. Relocation is TBD. If it rains the day of , the ceremony will be held under the reception tent.

There is no dress code, please come as you are!

Hicksville BBQ will be providing appetizers after the ceremony while pictures are being taken of the bride and groom. For dinner, they will be providing Pulled Pork/Chicken BBQ, along with Mac and Cheese, Baked Beans, Green Beans, Pasta Salad, and Cole Slaw. We will not be responsible for food allergies as this is being discussed prior to the event.

We will supply a limited stock of alcoholic beverages including, beer, seltzers, and wines. Once it is gone, it's gone. You may bring your own alcoholic beverages, BUT we are asking you to be RESPONSIBLE and RESPECTFUL of others around you. If you become too crazy, we will ask you to leave.

Please speak to the bride or groom DIRECTLY before bringing an extra guest. There will only be a limited amount of seating.
