Our Wedding

We met on a hike—both of us invited by mutual friends we barely knew. We didn’t know each other at all, but from the moment we started talking, it felt like we’d been friends for years. The conversation was effortless. By the end of the hike, we all exchanged numbers, and that was the start of something neither of us saw coming. Madison made the first move, asking Zach to hang out. “I’ll pick you up,” she said. And, naturally, she was running late. When she pulled up, she jumped out of the driver’s seat and said, “Can you drive? I need to finish my makeup.” Zach’s been driving ever since. What started as a friendship quickly became something more. We talked on the phone constantly—about life, love, fears, dreams. One night, while watching a movie, Zach turned to Madison and said, “I feel like I should kiss you right now.” And without hesitation, she leaned in. The past four years have been a whirlwind. We’ve moved across the country and back again. We’ve faced challenges that tested us in every way. But through it all, one thing remained constant—our love and unwavering support for one another. There’s always been a soulful kind of knowing: that no matter what, the other would be there. They say, “When you know, you know.” And it turns out… they were right. And while this story is ours, it wouldn’t be complete without the community of friends and family who’ve loved and supported us along the way. We’re endlessly grateful for the life we have—and even more grateful to share it with all of you.
