Madison and Jared met on August 30, 2016, during their first week of classes at Liberty University. They quickly became friends and, on January 29, 2018, they finally began dating. After a year of dating, followed by a year apart, they reconnected during COVID in 2020 and have been inseparable since. They started their long-distance relationship on July 31, 2022, and have been eagerly awaiting the day they no longer have to say goodbye to each other.

Jared proposed on August 16, 2024, at the Point State Park Fountain in Pittsburgh, Madison’s favorite city. Each detail was perfect, reflecting the eight years they have spent learning everything about each other, becoming the best of friends, and now, becoming husband and wife.

So they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let no one separate (Matthew 19:6).
